How much would you charge (a professional charge) for 7 X 5 mins filmed edited to royalty free music along with a website that has all the videos on and that is password protected.
Cheers

Any charge is, by definition, a 'professional' charge. The fee you quote should always be commensurate with the cost of your resources (rather than setting a rate based on your percieved quality). Naturally there will be a tendancy for the more taleneted to command a higher income, but that's not to say that the 'untalented' should charge a low fee - the untalented shouldn't be in the market in the first place.
With that said, have you assessed your potential costs in terms of time editing, filming and final presentation?

I have all the equipment, its more what would others charge?
7 Videos of 5 mins in length and a website that is password protected. The videos need to be filmed and edited approx 2 hours per video. Then 5 in total on the website from start to finish

How long is a piece of string?
There are all sorts of considerations, mainly how many hours are you going to put into the production? What are your equipment costs? Travelling? rental? etc etc etc
There is an excellent book, "Basics of the Video Production Diary" by Des Lyver, an old friend, which really will point you in the right direction.
What it will also tell you is not to base your prices on those of the competition but to work out your own costings.
