Default Camera recommendations

I am fairly new to filming weddings but I have gotten to a point where borrowing cameras like i have been doing is no longer an option. I have used many different cameras to film weddings from a GL1 to an XL2 and most recently a Sony DSR-250, which i absolutely love and had many good comment on. However i can not afford that kind of a camera. I'm looking to purchase to cameras that work well in low light and I am hoping to only have to pay $1500 a piece, and no more than $2000. Any advice will be very helpful.

I would go for the canon xl1s or the sony vx2000e, The sony is better in low light, but the canon will give you a richer colour.
