Any moment now.
Been waiting on Youtube to get it uploaded.

Interesting feedback. Thanks for all the comments
To Goldfinger: I believe it's 25 frames per second, but Youtube clamps it down a bit. So I think certain frames get merged together in Youtube.

Wow.
That one made me laugh.
The humour is so simple and unfunny.
It's hilarious

Goota say that was my fav so far.
Technically your are top of the pile - face it - when did we last see stop anim at 25 fps on this forum??? Never I will wager - and the lighting is tic, and the animation.

A teeny criticsim - perhaps a bit to much high freq ' movement ' on the camera.

Maybe also try with some music??? Just very sparse when no talking and people may think sound not working - maybe.

Thanks for the comments. Awesome feedback. I've slowed down the shake a little in response to your suggestion. I see what you mean with sound. But I'm witholding music for now... you'll see.... I'll make sounds louder as of tomorrow, and add in little bits where I can

Probably out of order in this thread, but just showing my ignorance, how do you do the falling over/walking intermediate bits in stop frame (ie where gravity would cause the character to fall)?

With great difficulty and patience

It's mostly about balancing it right. So far, I've done walking and falling over which have become difficult. The bit at the beginning of the 6th short where Jake walks across the screen took about 30 mins to photograph. At least. Plasticine when not dried out is a little sticky, and I've used this to 'stick' the characters to the ground.

When falling over backwards, in some cases, there is support behind them. Most times, it's just a firm pressing into the ground, and they stay held up at an angle. Sometimes.

It's things like that which are the tedious bits of stop-motion animation. It goes wrong. Honestly. It does.

Thanks for the response. So it's as "simple" as that!

I'm staggered you got that done so quickly - I'd have anticipated longer, much longer. How many frames per second are you shooting? And while we're at it, what camera & software?
