Thank you for all the great comments and constructive criticism. I'm particularly happy that people seem to respond to the creepy and disturbing tone because that is precisely what I was aiming for.

Most of the music was generated using Sony Cinescore. The "nursery rhyme" theme was composed and sung, if that's the word for it, by myself.

As I said thank you so much for all the positive feedback. I learned recently that the film did not place in the Horror Channel competition which was a real disappointment. I had great hopes for it. Your comments helped to pick me up when I felt a complete failure.

That's a great shame. The panel have missed a good'un.
And I've clearly got to dig even deeper with Cinescore - I find so much of it has relentless percussion that you can't drop out by lowering intensiity or changing instrumentation without losing something else.

    Loved it - superbly twisted.

I can see a tonne of work went into that. The lighting was totally tip top.

The acting was not as good as the std of production and I tht the music near the start was a bit too busy, but overall the music / sound was ace.

Maybe I should have another go with cinescore,

It was so good that I will give it some more looks and totally get the knives out - a great film deserves pedantic and relective in depth criticism.

I am amazed you didnt get s listed - they were blind fools imho.

    5 stars from me.

    Didn't get placed?

I'm the original hide behind my hand, remote or bag of crisps scary film viewer and it scared the behoolies out of me.

2am sat on my own with the lights off, I had to stop watching it! But before I did, I thought it looked really professional, as others have said the way it was lit had a real impact and the music was proper psychological, please stop scaring me.

I will watch it again tomorrow in the day light cause I need to know - was it the doll that did it?

    Positives:
    First class producrion.
Shot length nicely paced & timed.
    Extremely atmospheric lighting.
    Great soundtrack

    Negatives:
Titles a little small at the begining. Produced & directed would have been adequate at end.
The sit up in bed (a bit laboured) maybe slightly earlier timed on the baby's cry.
    Acting not fantastic

A great little film all the same.

Man, that was outstanding Great piece of work right there...and I love the little "go cocks" at the end I was thinking about putting together a video of Gamecock Football, but I knew I did not have the time right now to do it right. Man, now I feel like giving you all my stuff and seeing what else you can come up with Very nice work, usc_guy83
