Default something similar to a Sony PDX10

Hey guys, I posted this same thread a while ago, but its either been lost, or removed for some strange reason...

basically, the issue is this: I am a final year film student looking to buy their own camera. I have a camcorder, but its a low quality one from 4 years ago.

I have been using Sony PDX10 in uni, and love it. I know Sony dont make them anymore, so I'm looking for something similar in terms of size and quality.

What I really need are the following: Anamorphic widescreen, manual white balance, exposure, 3CCD etc... either minidv or hdd.

Is hdd getting better than minidv now too?

I hope people can help me on this thread, please...I need some advice

Nick
