Default P4 3.06, 1GB RAM (bit noisy side, CPU runs a little bit hot)

I've just upgraded my rig and have the following PC sitting idle:

1GB RAM (2 x 512MB 184DIMM PC2700 NP CL2.5)
Asus P4G8X (S478 Intel E7205 ATX A L)
Silent 420W ATX PSU
P4 3.06 512Kb S478 Box 533FSB
Asus GF4 Ti4200-8x 128MB DDR AGP RP with TVin/out (twin TFT out)
Western Digital Caviar 120.0GB UDMA100
Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 80GB 8MB Cache Serial ATA (boot disk)
MSI X52P Active Panel 52x/24x/16x CD-RW/DVD Combo Drive
CoolerMaster Centurion - Silver
Front mounted thermal dials and fan control

No monitor, keyboard or mouse.

It's currently earmarked for the parents, but if anyone puts in a sensible offer, it's thiers...
