Red face sos! video editing difficulties!!

Hello,
I plan to set up my own video editing suite, but I have no idea, which pc specifications to follow. I'm more of the creative type and just don't understand all the computer jargon. Give me some advice on the best type of pc for me. Thanks!

Setting up a pro suite? or personal?

Use Apple Macs! Much more reliable in my experience.

If pro you'll be better off with a large raid server, or you'll be buying hard drives every month.
