What he says is that name-calling - freak, etc. - is negative and negativity is a major problem. He challenges students to not call anyone a name for seven days, and sees if they can do it . . . and the students seem to love him. He spend 2 days with the students of year 10, and they all seemed to find him very approachable and interesting.
