Thread: BlOat Off gets you slim - Spoof ad.

We are having fun with spoof ads, this may be the last for a while.

Quite a lot of thought went into this and we have tried to copy / spoof some of the stuff seen in ads on the telly. I hope it shows but I did a hell of a lot of fiddling in the editor to get the look I was after, lots of fiddling with curves / saturation / gradients / m blurr ect.

Loved it, as always. Looks like a lot of work went into that Mark. I'm not normally a fan of spoofs but I lurve this fake ad series!

Thanks, most of it was Beccys ideas, the writing and idea, stupid editng was my stuff. We did put lots of work in to this.

My last g/friend (yes, believe it or not there have been women in my life) studiously avoided being in any video whatsoever. Gawd knows what she'd make of actually featuring in a video and heaven forbid farting on camera.

It is great having Beccy to do vids with. It's all kind of squashy and sweet really, we kind of got together cos of film making. She is a complete show off and jumped at the chance of being in my films.

It's definitely a case of 1+1=5 when we make films together.

It’s a howler, and really buzzes. Those incidental touches make such a difference – like during the packet piece, the way the three hands fly off with a ripper! Have you ever considered being filmed while you’re editing? I’m betting shots of you trying out different effects would be a vid in itself.
