School Project, What do you think?

Heres a little school project we had to do. Its a gr11, 12 mixed media class that we have at our high school. We got put into groups to brainstorm and make scripts for a 30 second ad. We chose to do it on an online dating service. We called it Sunset Soulmate. Just curious as to what you guys think?

Overall I like it, is it finished/submitted?

I think it could do with an intro shot for the girl, like the guys ball-throwing shot.

I'd add a more prominent title at the end after they walk away with a bigger centred SunsetSoulmate.com logo.

I think the letter-boxing should have been consistent throughout, it looks unprofessional when borders appear, disappear, re-appear in different sizes etc. but that's a minor point and an easy fix.

I would have made it brighter, more colourfull after they've found each other, but it might be the compression making it look a bit more dreary than it is on TV.

The idea was good though, and the shots and simple editing worked well I think. tough to do it all in 30 seconds but you managed it.

Thanks alot man. Yah it is a lot brighter at the end. Its just youtube sucks and you lose alot of quality. Very helpful. Gotta hand it in on Wednesday.

I liked it a lot

Only criticism would be the lack of audio... a voice over would be the icing on the cake

Right now I use Putfile.. unlimited up load but the max file size is 25 mb. Thers another one that has 500mb upload but I cant remember the name at the moment.
