As far as it goes it looks great, but, now I know I always say this, but what is it all about ? Who are these people. Interviews and an informative v over would make this soo much more interesting.

edit, I have to admit I watched half and started jumping through.

The video was linked together with a speech and I thought it didnt really need a voice over as it explains itself quite well enough(if you had heard the speech.Basically disabled people working;very proud,happy and the feeling they are part of a community.
