0 Videos nominated Video Of the Month(s): 0 | | Journey to Acoma Canyon via an Ultralight
I thought I'd post this short video flying to Acoma Canyon. I added narration & a touch of comedy to make it a little more interesting. I know, its a large download, but hopefully the desert scenery will make it worth it. http://www.emuvideo.com/videos.php?page=trike20060325
Enjoy,
Damien

That is some really beautiful scenery and I am really jealous of the ultralight!
Did you use some sort of external camera for the wing shots? I have a viosport helmet cam that I am using for ski and other action video, but it would be perfect for that type of shot.
Great little documentary!

Makotosun,
Yes, I use 2 bullet cameras on the Ultralight, routed into a switch box and recorded on a Sony TRV-950 with Lanc cable.
Glad you enjoyed it! I'm slow enough I could probably drop you off the top of some pretty decent mountains and you could ski down them.... now that would be an interesting collabaration!
Cheers,
Damien

I hate to be a pest, but what are you using for a switcher? I want to do some work with in-car and on-motorcycle filming, and that would really make it nice!
I am using pc101 palm cams, so my film is not a nice a quality, but plan on getting an upgraded cam soon.
Thanks for all your info and keep up the great work!
