I like the effect, I guess you were using a bullet-camera or something?

I might try and do something similar for a dream-sequence I am working on...

I love those groovy video feedback effects. So dr who. I am still looking for a vegas plug in to recreate the effect in the editor. Anyone ?

Yes it was a bullet cam, smooth blur, and cranked up the reds and yellows.
