Default XL1 Play Footage

Hey everyone,
My roomate bought an XL1 off Ebay about a month ago and last night I decided to play around with it. The first part of this is just filming my bike chain run through my bmx bike from different angles. I thought it came out pretty good.

The second part is just filming one of my roomates playing video games and talking on the phone. He is really pale and the lighting in the apartment is pretty bad, but I was just seeing what I could do with a skateboard and counter top.

Take a look: http://media.putfile.com/Sequence-0194
(about 4mb)
Thanks

The tracking shots were very smooth. What did you use?

I just set the camera on a skateboard and rolled it along the kitchen counter and a coffee table.

Stock XL1 and the lights were just lamps in the room. For the part with my roomate I didnt really bother adjusting anything on the camera that is why it looks bad, I was just trying to get a smooth skateboard movement.
