A TV drama I worked on a few years ago, the editor made an "Editor's cut" and these are a few of the out-takes.
It's just meant for a few grins and to show how everybody makes stupid mistakes. Mine being the shot in the lift where the bald guy sitting on the camera dolly, filming away contentedly, looking through the viewfinder takes ages to realise that his reflection's in shot, what a twat! Wonder who it could be?
