You've done a great job there Alan because it is a hard one to overcome on small budget . As IrishMark says, daylight balanced lights will do the trick but even then you'll have to film when its getting dullish outside. I have daylight balanced kinoflos (12 lamp banks the largest) and they cannot possibly equal the strength of daylight on a bright day
