I think there are more ppl here that uses premiere than Vegas. I have used Vegas before since I had to use it for my editing subject but I’ve just been to use to using premiere. Wouldn’t mind learning more of avid though as it is a film industry standard.

I like the video how you cut it to the beats of the song and also the lower third title where you rotated the word upwards and made it glow. Some of the other words with the “typing fonts” did suit it pretty well.

However, I think the video went for a bit too long as some of it did feel a little bit repetitive.

The words that said "solem arenacross" and the word "present" are really hard to read.

Also, I think having some atmos sound would have made it more interesting.

Btw, how come you decided to suddenly have the video on a widescreen about 3/4 of the video?

personally i think you did it good, only thing that i would do a little diff is when using a whole song as a background track it always helps to time video to drum beats, not just clips but actions within each clip to either bass beat or snare. Give that music video kinda effect when it comes to sync.
Similar to dancing on broadway or in movies, movements are always timed to beat measure. Adds a sorta adictive nature to it.

as for software I would say use premier, AFX, audition as your software. There pretty widely used and all tie in together nicely.

Also for the extra's
Photoshop, flash, Maya, Sonics Scenarist "very very very expensive for scenarist" and ummmm thats about it for now...
