Hello fellow pilot!

Only one major thing needs fixing. I am surprised noone else commented on it. (I had the same problems with this film)

The horizon needs to be horizontal if you are flying level. With loads of solid equipment to put your camera mount on, I am sure you can figure out a way to do this.

I film PG and PPG. The paraglider is far harder to film since there is nothing rigid to attach a camera mount to. Powered paragliding is easier to film since there is a rigid frame.

Top class bit of filming though, interesting angles.

Helllo Paragliding,

Correct indeed, I need to keep the horizon level. Since that video I've added a new component to the mount, which gives me better control without having to adjust the horizontal'ness of the bullet camera in flight. I dont' have any photos on hand, but here is the mount I'm using:

Aircraft frame -> Hall Meter Wind Clamp -> Ram Mount 1inch ball camera mount -> Manfrotto 90degree swivel mount (new) -> bullet camera.

I just watched your Tandem trike video. I like the camera on a stick method, very clever indeed! I can only think of one thing... just try not to get it caught in the prop!

Cheers,

Damien

There is no chance of that as the passenger at the front.

I guess a delta wing needs more input to fly. Our PPG trike flies itself (as do foot launched PPGs and PGs). This means you can fiddle about with the camera in flight.

When I showed my girlfriend the video, she asked what I did. I told her I filmed the whole flight. She said,"what do you mean you filmed it? You were just sitting there?"

It's funny how people can watch a bit of film and not even be aware of the changing camera angles and edits.

I guess some people are so used to TV that they don't even see what they are watching...either that or my bird is just a bit slow!!!

Loved the choice of music.
not sure if you like changing speeds to match the music - just felt that was missing (esp during living on the edge) - I think it just adds that extra touch of excietement to the video

Great work!!
