    I think its a great time lapse... If you export an avi of that...then import it and speed the whole avi up... would that work in vegas? I thought it was great just needed to be a bit faster in my humble opinion...

    How long did it really take (IE how long was it filmed over)

    I love timelapses but only when they are in context. My only problem with this is that there is no detail.

    I wanna see hands with spanners loosening bolts and so on

    I agree. However....

    Certainly it does need some different camera positions. You could easily have moved the camera to look down over the engine, changed sides of the garage, even put it in the engine bay to spice the whole thing up. After all, it's not like it really took three mins...more like three days?

    Keep trying though, at least you took the time to do it and that's to be commended in itself.

    yep, taking it apart was 3 days, putting it together was only 1 (after waiting a week for parts )
