It’s the super-cool trailer look – gritty, menacing, and with beautiful presentation (that lighting is so skilful), but quite honestly, I think you’ve done the scene-jumps just a little too fast. There’s hardly a split second to grasp anything about what the story might be about. A fair bit overcooked, I think.

A damn fine piece of work I think. Excellent lighting too! As for Tone33's comments, I kind of agree, but at the same time I don't think you lose anything going at that speed. It gets the scaryness over, and I guess that what counts.
Nice sound work too by the way. Very well done in that department.

For 8000 bucks, I will be supporting you I will buy a copy tomorrow.
Looks like a film with some actual thought put into it.
I hope to have my trailer up in the next week or so. Waiting for my sound guy to finish. I'm working on a 1000 dollar budget though.
