Default Point of View (A lesson in editing)

Point of view is simply what character's point of view we are watching a film from. Who's story is it about. I shot the same scene and did 2 different edits, each favoring a different character. Although the scene is the same, and the actors performances are the same, the edit makes the viewer sympathize and connect with the characters differently.

This is a very interesting point and shows how important the edit is of a piece, how it can change the over all meaning etc.

    Thanks for posting.
