Downloading Flash Videos to improve the Forum's videos

hi I'm new to the forum, I was told by a friend to download 'Perian', I guess you know it.

Perian had an interesting short demo film on 'How to download a Flash Video file from YouTube and open with QuickTime Player:'

I thought this will allow me to see the 'User Videos' without jumps and sound problems.
I got some of the way but I couldn't find the 'get video' url.

Any ideas?
Maybe there is a better way of doing this?

Please note this is a Mac tool not for PC for those who are considering downloading it. There is a PC equiverlent called Freemake Video Downloader. If anyone really needs to do this sort of thing.
