Default Skate Video advert.

I'm fairly new to video editing. And I'd like to get some feedback of my work so far. This is an advert for my skateboarding video. The Clips are smaller than the titles because the frame size seems to get smaller when I import them to Adobe premiere pro 7. Is it because I captured the footage on Windows Movie Maker? Anyway, I hope you enjoy my work.

You're gonna have to go some to wow people with a skate video - even the amazing ones get a "mah" as a reaction (unless you do something completely orginal). If you haven't already, look at the million and one skate videos out there for inspiration.

As for the video size, it seems you captured at a lower resolution than the project setting used in Adobe Premiere. If you don't have a legit copy of Premiere and you're just starting out in video editing, I would strongly suggest you stick with Windows Movie Maker for a while.

What is the source of the footage?

I am aware that most home made skate videos lack in originality. I'm making this in behalf of the Coventry skateboarding scene because there has only been one or two in the course of 5 years here. And its all about fun, but if I can get some advice on how the make the film more 'original' that would be great.

And I'm sorry, but what do you mean by 'the source of the video'?

What camera did you use to film the footage?
