Good picture quality. Seeing your firing range reminded me of past training.
To improve your film I would do the following;
Decide who your target audience is - your friends or us critics ? That's one for your friends I think.
Only use your best clips even if the film is only 1 minute long at the end. It didn't seem to have been edited much at all.
The music was too overpowering for me at the start.
I would have liked to hear what the weapons were, the ammunition etc and why you chose that gun?
Take close ups of the targets and cut between the aim, shot, strike, ejection
But most of all cut cut cut
