awesome. how close do you get to those sharks? they look like they're within striking distance.

there's one bit on the Raggie clip where there's a guy right in front of it, he looks like he's crapping himself, holding his breath while this massive sharks just cruising with it's mouth open right towards him.

Shame the sea-life around the UK isn't as interesting and varied and the waters cold, and I imagine the visibility is pretty rubbish too. Although they did just sink an old battle ship off the coast near Plymouth to create an artificial wreck, so videoing the associated Dive tourism might be a nice earner If/when I move back home.

Got to try it out some time soon.

It's not really how close "you" get to them it how close"they" get to you. If you lie still and hold your breath as it comes towards you it will go right over your head, yes within stiking distance(not that i would advice striking them ) If you move about and keep breathing they won't come too close.
So its kind of up to the both of you, if you want them to come close they will if you don't they won't. It certainly beats going to the office or building site in the morning I can tell you
This type of shark isn't known to be dangerous. Thats not to say it isn't but you MUST repect them 100% Less than a km from the Hammer head shot a guy who worked with us was eaten by a Tiger Shark. Only found his hand. True!!!

Anyone want to see more???

Thanks guys

Of course! Have a day off today which I will no doubt waste, so I'm in need of some entertainment.

Thanks

I use two filters, most know them as UR Pro.
Alot of UW Videographers don't use them and they add the colour on their editing suites but I can't see how it can be better, but I only have Studio 9 and the colour correction on it is not very good. I think the filters are a much better idea.

Cheers

G

Looks like i'll have to install realplayer to view this.

I'm not doing it on my home PC though.
