How did you capture to PC in the first instance?

I used Adobe Premiere, and a firewire port.

Ideally, you need to make sure you're capturing from the video in 25FPS (which, if you're in premiere, you should be doing anyway) and make sure you don't accidentally convert it somewhere along the lines.

Yeah, to be honest, I've probably been capturing at 29.7 fps.

Something to be wary of in the future methinks!

Anyway, I've compressed the sound and re-uploaded them, so the sound should be a little easier on the ears now. They're also a smaller filesize.
