Holy Crap Batman!!! That was some really (insert colorful metaphor) funny (insert another colorful metaphor)!!!! Apparently I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic ocean. Never seen this "cult classic" before. In the book of Phrase Definitions this film should be next to "It's so awful, It's awesome"

You should watch the full uncut version on youtube. It's beyond funny! The lead is Ireland's answer to Van Damme!

I can see now from watching the originals the amount of work that went in to this. I am a big fan of soundtracks, even tried writing some of my own. Definitely puts a cinematic feel on this VHS Wonder. I still can't get over the Obi-Wan Kenobi character's line about the hero's father. To be honest, I didn't know what the hell I was watching at first until he came on screen, wearing the latest Tatooine fashions and almost quoted Kenobi word for word. That's when I lost my composure LMFAO!!!

That was well edited. Only real complaint is that sometimes the music drowns out the dialogue.

also probably a little too long, but I say that about almost everything.

Aren't bad movies great? So bad they are good.

Thanks Lorraine! I haven't had any complaints about length yet but I'll keep it in mind next time

Yes, I tend to think that most video shorts are too long.

I tend to be a hurry-up rush-rush on a lot of stuff.

When it comes to online video, I read some stats the other day from tube mogule that said at the 5 minute mark, 90% of viewers have clicked out of it. So I personally believe that one of the biggest mistakes people make with their videos is to make it too long.

the video producer is always more interested in their video than the typical viewer is. the typical viewer is hopelessly impatient.

Wise words - I am currently revisiing some of my old stuff from 5 years back - on average after a re edit things are half as long and twice as good.

Personally i like the length of this - but prob cos it pushed my buttons plusplus.

I couldn't agree more. Most of my videos on Youtube are around the 3-4 minute mark. I know when I'm watching videos online I can be extremely fussy and click out of anything as soon as I'm starting to get bored.

I came at this video differently though as it's one primarily for fans of the full length movie which runs for about 1.5 hours. I left tons of stuff out but wanted to keep as many golden nuggets in as possible.

the correct length is so often in the eyes of the beholder. If someone is really into something, they will watch forever. If they are not into it, ten seconds and they are outta there!

Generally, shorter is always better.

I never saw the original movie so do not have a clue.
