Just so you know, I need some rating. And I need suggestions on how to get better, better movie effects. I also would like to ask, is Sony Vegas 7 good for editing? Free? And how do you fade music. Like let's say there is music going, and you want it to fade so when it ends it isn't so sudden.

Vegas free? No.

There are several vegas versions.

Full price and fully featured is vegas 8 pro £500 sbout.

Then there is vegas platinum - this has a limited number of tracks and ruduced functionality in several areas, only about £50 and it is a great springboard to the full prog if you dnt want to spend all that in one go.

Your video is interesting - combining v game footage with live action and dubbing is a big challenge. If it isnt 'spot on' in can look unconvincing.
