Ilovedrinks.com is a club/bar promotion company that gets people to go on party buses and they go to clubs and bars who pay them and get crazy. They got me to come and video tape at a July 4th event.

Tacky.
If you think of corny, over-used effects and techniques then shot-black-shot-black-shot is about the most common.
Followed by white-outs and poor fotage in slo-mo or speeded to cover up the bad quality
Barely audible and incomprehesible drunks talking to the camera (get a decent microphone).
All of which appear too often in your clip.
All-in-all, if you said that it was a home video of a night out I'd say that it was fun to watch and quite good.
As an example of a "paying gig" though... I hope they didn't pay too much.

the footage was poorly light, the audio was all over the place and the editing was not all that special.
i only got a few mins into it.. dont suppose many have reached the end to be honest.......... that would be a good feature for youtube!
what was the feedback from the company who paid you to produce it?

I mean honestly what effects arn't cheesy? At this time and age, everything has been used... it's teh matter of how well it is used with the vibe/music/video.
Also the quality is youtube... much better before submitted to youtube.
When i meant paying gig... i mean it's a heres 50 bucks do it for me buddy thx. By no means do i do this for a living, shit I go to college for something completely different! lol
