I'll see what i can muster up. might take a few days but i'll do one for the tutorials section.
It may require a video tutorial to do so - anyone know of good tips on creating a video tutorial? - I have a screen capture tool but tis a bit pants. Would like summat that will capture aaudio as well.

Well everyone at my camcorder club liked it too - thanks for your agreement Mark.
The general consensus was that it looked 'pro' - simple as that. I think our members were impressed that such compelling viewing can be produced without even picking up a camera....
We all felt pretty crap by comparison - cheers!

Oh yeh just read that you are looking for a AV capture software,well I have used FRAPS and varoius other in the past and now I have finally stayed with "CamStudio" and its free.
