How do I set it up to where if a person wants to play my personal DVD on a computer they would need to get a license to play it? Is there a code that I can put on my personal DVD while I'm burning it? Thanks alot!

Intresting idea, Only way i can think of is via flash- Have a password popup connected to a MYSQL databse, Only down side is they would need a internet connection. But in this day of age...... Also with flash you can make it auto load hope this helps

Yes I read your answer. I asked a different question this time. Copy protecting and getting a licenses is different as to they can copy it once they buy a license. So I'm just trying to cover as much as I can is all. People see words different or understand differently when you ask a different way is all.

Personally, I am just happy for people to see my films on dvd, why would you want to try and invent a probably impossible liscence system rather than charge a few quid for the dvd?

I would say it cant be done reliably. If you want to do 'pay per view', then keep it on a server and stream it, but unless it is porn dont expect the money to come rolling in.
