Not really, no. Premiere is a video editing rather than a composoting package.
Does anyone know how I am able to create speial effects with adobe premiere pro 2.0? I reaally just wanted to be able to create some neat special effecsts, that was the whole reason why i purchaced adobe premiere. Some of my friends told me abot http://fxhome.com/effectslab/
FX EffecctsLab, it looks like its main purpuse is to create special effects............ can adobe premiere do what fx effects lab?
Marc's right - as usual.
Use Premiere to piece all your individual clips together into a cohesive movie.
Actually creating your special effects is the real trick though. And that's where the money comes in. There is no single 'silver bullet' piece of software for special effects. Depending on what specific effect you want the chances are there is a seperate piece of s/w that is considered 'best' for it. This might be a seperate application or maybe even a plugin.
So then, what effects are you primarily interested in? I might be able to point you in the right direction.
Slowly and with an awful lot of hard work.Originally Posted by minsh
