Default Which composite video capture card?

Which capture card would you recommend to capture composite video from a high quality cctv camera which will be recording educational lectures in real time?

A lot depends on how big your budget is? You could try the Pinnacle Studio USB, which is an external breakout box, I've never used it so you might need to check for reviews on the net. Then there is the Pinnacle Studio 500 PCI, which is an internal PCI card again with composite sockets and finally there is the Pinnacle Studio 700 USB, which like the first one is a breakout box but with more sockets. I would forget about recording video in real time with a conventional computer set up.
