    Talking vcr to dvd

Hello. My first post on these forums!

I'm just dabbling at present - I've bought a cheapie dazzle 90 usb capture device that works OK except - my old vcr only has a scart output. I bought a scart to s-video/composite adaptor but can only capture in black and white -0 par for the course according to pinnacle, I'm using studio 9.

I thought of gettiong a vcr with s-video out but someone suggested I buy a dvd recorder and hook it up to the vcr. My question is, if I burn a disc can I edit it in pinnacle?

yes, but you will still have to hook up to the dazzle to capture or use a program to convert the vob files to avi.

    Software Used:
TGV Edius 6, TGV ProCoder 3, DVD Lab Pro. 2
