Default Can you set MPEG Video BitRate to under 3Mb/s ?

Can you set the Video Mpeg BitRate under 3 Mb/s ( let's say, 1,2 Mb/s ) when making a DVD in Pinnacle Studio 10 ?? ( I'm still using Studio 9 which can't go under 3 mb/s, but i'm thinking of upgrading to 10 if it does )

Why do you want to go that low? is it to fit more on a disc? You can go with dvd9. S10 will compress to fit on a disc, quility will be bad but S10 will go under 3 ( when the program dosen't crash) go with vegas movie studio, Same price with out the bugs and 10 times better than pinnacle. If you have the funds go with the full vegas+dvd. Check e-bay for deals. Good luck
