Question Free Plugins for premiere elements

Are there any good sites to get free plugins for Adobe Premiere elements. Am looking for mostly video effects but also transitional effects might be considered.

By far your best bet is to google variations of "Adobe Premiere Elements plugins". I'm sure you'll find plenty. However, be warned that anything you find that might be useful will likely have a $$££ value attached.

Are you looking for anythign in particular? OIr are you just trying to build your library?

Be warned about installing extra transitions. You just might be tempted to use them - which could be a mistake. Unless it's for some special effect then I would be surprised if you needed any transitions other than a straight cut and a cross fade anyways.

Exclamation Adobe Premiere Elements - silent movie effect plugin?

    Hi,

Just wondering if anyone knows where to get a plug-in for Adobe Premiere Elements 2.0 that allows me to make my video look like it's a silent film?

other than making the movie silent, which can obviously be achieved easily, can you describe what you expect to happen to the video for your 'silent film' look.

    Default Clarification

    Hi Alan,

Sorry, I should have been more specific. I'd like to give the visuals an 'old silent movie' feel, eg Charlie Chaplin silent films.

Alternatively, I'm wondering if you know how to make the visuals look like an old scratchy home video from the 1960s/70s. So far I've used tinting to give it an aged look but if you could give me some pointers to make it look more authentic I would really appreciate it.

Many thanks for the tip! I've never used Premiere Elements before so didn't know that I could use plugins appropriate for Premiere Pro. It made searching for the effects I wanted much easier. Thanks again
