Default newb looking for a camcorder

I'm looking for a digital camcorder around $100 with a usb connection to record my piano performances. My logitech webcam was good for this purpose, but it had bad a/v sync. I dont need the highest quality stuff because each video i record have to be under 100mb, but i'm also looking for one with decent audio recording. can somebody recommend something? Thanks so much.

I think for your purpose you don't need to do editing right? Try a dvd camcorder although tape are still the best.

I strongly advise against solid-state or DVD camcorders.
Their quality still doesn't match tape (MiniDV) and their format is a pain to edit.

Look at the NV GS27EBS they load the tape from the top, so they can be used on a tripod with no problem, it will give much better quality than a webcam but will need good light.

You will need a firewire card for transfer but these are cheap and easy to fit.

As already mentioned avoid SD card and DVD cams.

I can't wait to hear where you can purchase a digital camcorder for $100... no income tax, no VAT, no money back, no guarantee...
