Default Two Camcorders / Same Event / Syncing Audio / Easy Way?

Sorry for the strange title - just didn't know any other way to describe it.
Here's the problem. An event was filmed with two different camcorders; different angles. When trying to edit clips from both camcorders, the audio doesn't sync exactly b/c it's off slightly. Is there an easy fix for this?

If you can, take the audio from the camera that you think sounds best and use it all the way through. Then only cut the video back and forth.
