    Default Panasonic AG-EZ50UP

My Ez 50up, is not been recognised by my computer, and i can't down load to do any editing. I have already tried it on other computers, but it isn;t recognised at all by the computer or any of my software's e.g Ulead or windows moviemaker.

I assume the problem is with the camcorder. It takes brilliant pictures, but i can't edit and that makes me Grrrrr. How an i rectify this impasse?

    Any help or suggestions welcome

    Thanks

Apologies about not getting back to you earlier. Are you using Firewire to connect the camera to the computer? Does the camera need to be switched between record and playback modes or between DV in and DV out? If you want footage to go out of the camera you may need to check the settings to ensure they are at DV out. I've never used that camera before but did it come with any driver software or any type of software that may need to be installed on the computer before the computer 'sees' the camera as an external device. And finally is the camera working alright in every other respect?
