Default Help with street fighter health point bar~~

    Hi,

me and my friends are making a spoof for street fighter game and we wanted to make the health point bar during the spoof(lol)

(it'll be very frustrating making the bars in Photoshop, timing is very annoying)

Is there a way to make the bars, As we hit each the bar will decrease,

was wondering if Sony has that ability

here's a picture if you dont understand what i'm talking about

    THANKS IN ADVANCE

The easiest way would be like this. Make two 'Health' bars in photoshop or equivalent. One is full health, the other no health. Lay the full health one EXACTLY over the top of the no health on a new video track.

Using the mask tool and keyframes, you can hide the top one in increments at approriate stages, making it appear that health is decreasing.

Sounds difficult, but pretty easy really. Look up keyframing and masking in the help files, play around a bit as a tester first and have a go!

If you get really stuck, make the two images, mail them to me and I'll do a basic veg file that you can modify as you want.

I have sent you another mail with the picures. Although, since you added the pic to the original post, I thought you would simply have used that and one showing full health. Never mind, they're on their way.

That's exactly what I did. Took about ten minutes. Good Luck. And remember to show us the finished product.
