Thread: AFter Effects Error

    Default AFter Effects Error

    im getting an error when ever i start after effects, it says im missing admuifon2 from the required folder, i checked in that folder and it is missing, can anyone tell me wht to do? i was gonna reinstall after effects but i can't find my cd, i don't knwo where i put it, can this day get any worse? im using after effects 6.5, can anyone check in their after effects required folder if u have that file in there? the folder is located in i think after effects>support files>required, thank you

    Hi Fury x721,

    I've had a look in my Required folder and there is a font file called AMUI3 which is the file your missing. Its only 17kb big but i am pretty sure you will have to reinstall Atfer Effects to put the file in. If you want to try to cut and paste i`ll gladly send you the file if you let me know your e-mail address, it is only a font file after all its just some programs like to have files installed properly. I`m not too sure about After Effects.
    All I want to do with the rest of my life is Edit.

    Hahahahaha,

    Just reread your reply and thats not the file you wanted at all. Had another look for the file but its not in my required folder BUT my After Effects works!!

    Very strange!!

    All I want to do with the rest of my life is Edit.

    ok thanks guys, i found the cd, so i reinstalled it, works gr8 now, i also checked the required folder after reinstalling AE, i couldn't find that file also, i wonder why that message came up, but anyways, thnks for ur help!!!
