Default Exporting to DV drops too many frames. What can I do?

Can anyone tell me how to get the movie I made in premiere 7 back to DV. I did it once with no problem, so I know it is possible. I went back and edited a few things and now frames are dropping after a minute or so into recording. Any help would be advice would be appreciated.

Try encoding your video to DV-AVI first, then exporting this to the camera.
