Default Capturing Video and Audio from Ps2 or Xbox :(

Hello all! I'm very new to this and only thought of the idea today. I want to know if it is possible to capture audio and video from my Ps2 to make mini movies of me playing games then convert them to Dvd's.

I have an Powercolor 9800 PRO and onboard 6 channel sound. Also a Celeron D 2.4ghz

Any help is appreciated thank you

Probably is a 'teccy' way, but I would juyst set up a camera on a t pod and film the action. This works suprisingly well if carefully done, and you could have the bonus of a soundtrtack of you talking / shouting / screaming as you play.

Hmm, well you could feed analogue video from the consol to a to d card in the pc and then edit.

If your video card is labelled VIVO (Video In Video Out), it will have a little break out box that connects to a black socket in the middle of the back of the card. Stick the yellow from your console into the video in bit. Now plug the yellow and red cables into a phono to 3mm phono jack and plug this into the soundcard's audio in.

Then get your hands on iuVCR from iuLabs to capture the video.
