Default How to edit wmv without re-encode?

Hi everybody, i'm looking for a soft to edit a WMV file, i just want to cut 1 min of the video, but i don't want to re-encode ALL it again. Looking for a software that works like Videoredo and Womble to mpg files, you cut and save the file withou re-encode.

    file-----------cut-------------file
many softwares makes this with wmv but i have to render to save, imagine a 400 mb file and i want to cut 5 mb, re-encode 395 mb just because i cut 5 mb, sounds ridiculous.

    This software exist?

    thanks a lot.
