    Default Help with video Capture

I have a Sony TRV-250 and am using Ulead Studio 6 to do my capture and editing. If I try to capture into MPEG format the video captures faster than the audio. The DV/AVI format capture will capture correctly but when it is played back it seems as though some frames are missing and is not fluid. Any suggestions?? TIA

The dropped frames are morelikely than not due to a defragmented disk. Try defragmenting your hard disk.
