    Default Aspect ratio problems

Okay, here's what I need to do:

I recorded a video on my camcorder in 16:9 widescreen. I've edited the thing and everything. I'm transferring the video to a VHS, but the VHS will be played on a 4:3 television, so I need the black bars to keep the aspect ratio at 16:9. How do I do it?

I'm using Windows Movie Maker. I suppose I could make the file in that, and then convert it in that program, right?

That seemed to work. I tried to get it on my camcorder but it's still framed wrong. I don't know what the problem is...
