Default Burnt DVD has no menu? Please help

I noticed somebody had asked this question before but no one could help as they didn't give enough information.

I am still quite new to video editing. I am using Studio 9 and have created a menu and chapters for the first time. I have never done chapters before only Menus in Nero. When I burnt the MPEG in Nero to DVD the menu and chapters disappeared.

Is there a way I to burn to DVD in Pinacle? Where am I going wrong??

    Thanks in advance

(When I burn a DVD with a menu it renders fine burns fine but when i come to play it the DVD only contains 2 files audio and video and one dvd file. It wont play on dvd players only PCs when you double click the file and then it doesn't have the dvd menu installed!!?? )

If you produced a menu system does it work in studio. If it does "make a DVD" and let studio burn it to the dvd. It should then work as this is what I do. David
