    Default Adding Black Bars on top to "fake" widescreen

    how do we do this in Vegas?

    I did it once on an interview footage i had, but now i can't find the option again :cry:

    I figured it out, pan / event crop tool works great

    why would you want fake widescreen? are you trying to make the video look bad? just stick with 4:3 unless you have a WS camera.
