    Default Compressing video with Virtualdub

    Hi friends

I have Virtualdub installed on my system. I've heard that Virtualdub can compress VCD files into half the size of the original. I think it's in DivX format that it compresses the video.

I have some MPEG video clips I captured to make VCDs. I want to make backup copies of these videos compressing them with Virtualdub so that they will take only half the size. Could anyone tell me the step by step procedure to compress the mpeg video using Virtualdub?

    Regards.
