    Default Re-winding footage

I use Pinnacle studio 8 to edit my videos and I know you can fast forward time (footage) and was wondering how or if it is possible to rewind footage using Pinnacle. I dont mean just rewind like you do on a VCR, I mean when you watch the footage everything is going backwards!!

With a NLE package, you typically enter a negative sign infront of the speed. I'm sure a Studio user will inform otherwise.

I have no experience whatsoever with Pinnacle Studio 8. I'm assuming when you increase the speed of a clip you enter a value - I was suggesting you type
    Code:
    - (minus)
in front of that figure to achieve reverse.

30 seconds searching in google told me this isn't supported in Pinnacle Studio.

There are a list of plugins here:

Aparently a third party plugin is available but it appears the user's website no longer exists (I don't speak german). I'm sure with a bit of dighging you'll find it.

Well it seems that file isn't hosted anywhere else. I found this plugin which claims to reverse:

Please note I have spent 20 minutes searching for this.

    Thanks a lot marc!
It seems odd that it allows you to fast forward and not reverse footage

Half way down that page, look for the text:

    Reverse
    Play your video backwards!
